All of our orders are shipped tracked and you should of received a tracking code via email, if you have not then please contact us for it.
If you have got the code please follow the link on the email for tracking this will depend what company its with, most of our orders go with royal mail.
If the tracking is stating the order has been delivered then please do check a couple of things before contacting us.
Please check your normal safe location, check with your neighbours.
If the parcel is still nowhere to be seen please contact us as soon as possible.
We will put an investigation in with the courier company, this generally takes a day or so however we will fully support you i.e if the order is urgent we will re send the order and worry about the missing item later.
We are here to help and do not want any customer feeling we have taken their money and not delivered to goods as once we hand the order over to the courier it really is in their hands.
