Returning my order

You are more than welcome to return your order if you are not happy with the product or its not working.

IF you have an account with us:

Please log into your account via this link:

Next to the order status of your order you will see the word "Return Items?"


If you click on this link it will take you to a page where you can fill out what items you want to return and the qty (if applicable) followed by the reason.

Then one of our support agents will approve or contact you with further information if required.


IF you do not have an account then please see below a returns form that you can fill out.

Please do contact us if the item is broken as we may not require you to send the item back instead we will send a replacement or refund you accordingly.

Please note that we do not pay return postage unless the item is faulty and you have spoken to us first. This is because we will arrange delivery of the item.

Your refund can take upto 14 days to process.
