Returning my order

For new items, changed mind or ordered the wrong size.

You are more than welcome to return your order or part of it within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please fill out the following form at the bottom of this guide and post the item(s) back to us.

If you do not own a printer then please place a hand written note inside with your name, order number and reasons for retuning the item(s).

For Faulty Items.

If your item has developed a fault within 6 months or was faulty on arrival then please contact us if the item is deemed to be faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If the item cannot be repaired nor can we provide a replacement then we will offer a full refund to the value of the item.

This does not apply to consumable items such as light bulbs that do not carry any warranty either by us or the manufacturer.

If the item has been found to be faulty due to incorrect wiring or wrong loads then we will not be able to repair, replace or refund the item.

Items purchased after 6 months will be outside any manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned.
