Cancelling my order

If you need to cancel your order please do get in touch with us as quickly as possible.

The fastest option is to call us on 01903 776644 (Mon-Fri 9am - 1pm)

If you cannot get through to us due to weeknd's of bank holidays etc then you can place your order on hold here simply enter your order number and postcode to place your order on hold, if you get a successful message pop up then the system has managed to place the order on hold, we will be notified and contact you via email. for confirmation of cancellation.

Alternatively you can submit a ticket with the enquiry type of "Order Cancellation" we take these as priority and they jump to the top of the queue of tickets.
